Article 2: Sales Agreement
The sales agreement is established between CC Stores BV and the adult customer as soon as the order confirmation appears on the customer's screen. Anyone who places an order with us agrees to the sales, delivery, and payment terms.
In principle, an item that is no longer available is also not available in the webshop. However, necessary reservations must be made for errors in the stock program. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Orders on the webshop are updated regularly. If an item is no longer available, you will be informed as soon as possible. Your payment will be refunded within 15 working days, without charge.
CC Stores BV reserves the right to cancel the order if the price is incorrect, there is an error listed online, or a promotion is not properly followed.
Article 3: Prices
All our prices are listed in euros and include 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs. All prices are per piece, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are clearly displayed separately.
CC Stores BV reserves the right to change and correct the prices of products and product information.
Article 4: Payment
You can pay online via the MultiSafePay payment system.
Follow the steps on the screen. After payment, you will receive an email confirming the order and payment.
Article 5: Ownership
CC Stores BV remains the full owner of a sold item until the purchase price is paid.
Article 6: Shipping
We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates if necessary. We are not liable for damage, loss, or other problems during shipping. We try to prevent any problems.
If the provided address is found to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the customer and additional costs may be charged.
Your delivery will be shipped within 5 working days with DPD.
Article 7: Warranty
Under the law of September 21, 2004, concerning the protection of consumers when selling consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the delivery date to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an item must be reported by the customer to CC Stores BV without delay.
To claim the warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging and labeling of the goods.
Article 8: Return Policy
Returns must be delivered back in their original state within 15 calendar days.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Exchanges can be done free of charge in our stores;
All returned items are carefully inspected. Returned items must not be used. If an item has depreciated due to use by the customer, this will be charged to the customer.
Important: During the sales period, you have 2 different options:
1) You return your entire order, whereby we proceed to refund the full amount.
2) You return only one or a few items from your order. In this case, we will offset the obtained discount on the ordered item as the sales condition lapses.

As soon as we have inspected the item for any damage, we will proceed to refund the account number used by the customer for payment.
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.
Article 9: Impairment of Validity
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, illegal, or void, this will not in any way affect the validity, legality, and applicability of the other provisions.
