Comme ça is proud to be a Belgian fashion brand. For our new boutique in Ypres, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to help support our brand.

Role Description:

Are you passionate about fashion and have experience in sales? Do you want to contribute to a great shopping experience for customers? Then this job opening is for you!

As a sales associate, you will be the first point of contact for our wonderful customers. Together with your fantastic colleague, you are responsible for the warm welcome of every customer who enters our store. You have a passion for style advice and the fashion industry. Working in a team is your thing, you make new contacts effortlessly and you love to share your enthusiasm with every customer you help. Moreover, you are creative and can suggest alternatives or matching items, giving the customer an even better experience and exceeding their expectations.

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for advising and assisting our customers. You ensure that our customers feel welcome in the store and offer them excellent service. You will also help set up attractive product displays and ensure that the store always looks neat and tidy. You have an eye for detail and make sure our customers find the perfect outfit to suit their style and needs.

Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
• You have an affinity for fashion and closely follow the latest trends.
• You are an independent worker and can multitask well.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid aangezien je enkel gaat ingezet worden ter vervanging (inclusief weekenden).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills, such as working with Microsoft Outlook.
